I just Googled "online undergraduate linguistics", and of the results that came up, University of Massachusetts Amhert is the only one I saw with a strong program, but it appears it's only for Certificate in American English Linguistics and is only partially online. You could also check out this forum post.

In general, though, I'd be careful about online degrees. Since online programs vary widely in quality, some employers may be suspicious. (Imagine you're in the hiring position and you have to choose between someone with vs. without this 'red flag'.) So before making the financial investment, make sure that it would be a good fit for what you're trying to do with the degree after you've obtained it. See this page from the LSA for some ideas about what you can do with a Linguistics degree.
