I'm trying to survey multilingual participants using MTurk. Their support staff has told me it's possible, but the program is so clunky. Does anyone have any experience doing this? If so, I'd love to pick you brain. Thank you! Aaron

It can be done. Check out this paper from Penn. They basically had some translation tasks and demographic questions that they did to determine the level of bilingual competence for different countries and language pairs.

They state that these languages have large enough speaking populations on MTurk and produce quality translations:

Dutch, French, German, Gujarati, Italian, Kan-nada, Malayalam, Portuguese, Romanian, Serbian,Spanish, Tagalog, and Telugu.

I think you would find it impracticable. I have used a questionnaire app on MTurk in English, and even that took a lot of refinement to get the questions right, so that all participants apprehended exactly what they were being asked. To try the same thing in various languages would be extremely tricky - especially when faced with making empirical defence of data uniformity and so on. Even though asking participants who can speak English creates data bias, it is a far easier task.
