I need to know the frequency of some russian biphones, like "sp", "st" etc. I used the biphone probability calculator for German on the webpage clearpond.northwestern.edu. It there anything like that for Russian?
If you have a suitably large corpus of properly-formatted text input, you can calculate the transitional probabilities yourself using the online Phonotactic Probability Calculator. (You'll need to read the instructional article first, then hit the blue 'button' to start.)
Aha, my apologies. You're correct. I don't know Russian, but if what you're looking at is encoded in the orthography is a straightforward way, then my suggestion still applies - you could search for sequences of s + p (using Cyrillic). Maybe start here: http://corpus.leeds.ac.uk/ruscorpora.html
