I'm a new mom due on April 2016 so my baby is 5 months old now. I made a list of nice (positive lyrics) soft tone songs in 10 different languages (chinese, german, english, spanish, holland, french, japanese, italian, arab, and indian) and I listen to them every morning they all take about 35 minutes, time that i take to shower and get ready to work, i enjoy listening and im even learning the pronunciation. My native language is Spanish and my second is English but I want my baby to get familiarize to different form of phonemes and tones, I believe that my baby might learn how to pronounce the songs correctly and with time learn the meaning, I will keep talking in Spanish and my husband the same. I don't want her to be a genius and now many languages I just believe that if I relate her to different tones of languages will later be easy to talk and understand them when she decides to learn other languages that her native. Haven't found any study about this, and im afraid i will confuse her mind, although we talk to her in spanish when we are talking directly to the womb. What do you think of what I'm doing?
