In order to be fluent in a foreign language What should I do?

If you want to do it all by yourself, get yourself exposed to the language. Read books, magazines, watch movies or shows, listen to audios and songs. Talk to a person fluent in it. If you don't have know any, last resort would be looking up the meanings from the dictionary On the other hand, if you would want to have a formal learning of the language, there are websites available where you can learn the language and at least be fluent in it. All you need is to just sign up, pay and make time to attend the sessions👍
