In the US, what regional dialects contain the words "reckon" and "ain't"?

I am an actor currently working on a script that does not contain the actual city or state where the play is taking place. However, one of the characters, who is poor and uneducated uses "reckon," and "ain't" in her speech a lot. I want to do this character justice by using a dialect from an appropriate city or region and would so greatly appreciate the help. Thank you,

Lara
