Translate the following sentences into predicate logic using the quantifier symbols ∀ and ∃, the iota operator ι, and the identity symbol =, as required. Some of the sentences have scope ambiguities. In those cases, provide translations for both readings, and provide paraphrases in English for each.

(a) A cow mooed. (b) Every cow ate an apple. (c) The cow ate an apple. (d) Pika ate two apples. (e) Pika and Mika ate two apples. (f) Some cows ate an apple and others did not.
