have you been influenced all you ever be influenced? <all=adverbial object(ive)?="">

I just need help from other English language linguists. This may be a hard one.

  1. What is the term that is suitable for describing the function of all here? Adverbial object(ive)? Conjunction?
  2. Is 'that' omitted after 'all'? If not, what could be?

Thanks.

If it ever was true, does the possibility even exist for it to be true today? At your age, can anyone still influence you in a bad way? Or have you been influenced all you ever be influenced, both good and bad? ('The 50-Year Dash' by Bob Greene)
