Is there a phonological process that involves devoicing a final obstruent in Albanian?

I am doing a project where we analyze a consultant's speech. My consultant speaks Tosk, Albanian and seems to devoice obstruents when they are at the end of English words. Do obstruents even occur at the end of Albanian words? Or is there a process that is the reason behind this analysis.

Thanks!
